March for Biodiversity and Human rights

March for Biodiversity and Human rights:
We are one with nature, protect human rights.

1pm / December 10th / Monument in front of parc Jeanne-Mance

With COP15 (the UN global conference on biodiversity) taking place in Montreal from December 7 to 19, let's all take the streets to defend all forms of life and send a powerful message to our decision-makers!

The March for Biodiversity and Human rights is organized by the Quebec Civil Society Collective for COP15, which regroups 85+ organizations mobilizing for biodiversity protection in the context of COP15, along with local and international allies.

Together, we can push governments to take concrete and ambitious action, as well as to include a diversity of voices in efforts towards nature protection.

Together, we have the opportunity to propose a new social vision based on the preservation of all forms of life.

Together, we can halt nature's decline by adopting more harmonious lifestyles, as well as fully respecting human rights and Indigenous peoples' rights.

Let's mobilize for life to thrive!
