Biodiversity is in crisis because of political, economic and social factors. As COP15 takes place in December in Montreal, researchers from around the world will respond to the call of IPBES and the IPCC to find solutions to the climate and biodiversity crisis.
Gathered under the theme Solutions to the underlying causes of biodiversity loss, invited economists and scientists will identify during this three-day event the profound changes that are needed and propose new paradigms, objectives and values compatible with the conservation of biodiversity.
